Trust walk

What is it
With you?
I don’t get you
At times.
You come then
You leave.
You say things
That make me
Believe you’ve
So I go on a
Walk with you
Because I trust you.

This trust walk
is where you open
Up to me.
I feel your hurt.
But I also feel
The love urging
To come out.
I trust you’ve changed.
I can see it in
The way you
Walk and hold
Your head up.

You look at me
And we both smile.
I feel the love
Radiating  from you.
So I hold on to you.
You hug me tightly
And kiss my forehead.

One this trust walk
You opened up
To me.
I guess you’ve
Been broken
Enough times
To allow me in.
You’ve been hurting.
I could feel it.
But you wouldn’t
Let me in.

At the end
Of this walk.
I feel to engulf
Your vulnerability
And innocence
You now wear.
I am glad you’ve
Allowed me in.

Promise me
You won’t lock me
out again.
Promise me we will
Have more of
This trust walk.
You made a promise
Not so long ago
To hold me
love me and
Protect me.
For that,
I love you back
And you will felt
It but you block
Me out.

I love you more
On this walk
Than ever.
Till death do us part

  1. Love this, but just a tiny point; if you add a space at the end of each line when you type, it will read better when people look at it in the reader, we don’t tend to realise because we only ever look at our own work in full, not on the reader, which just shows the first few lines. It shows absolutely fine in full, but shows no spaces between the lines in the reader….

  2. Woah! I’m really enjoying the template/theme of this site. It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s very hard to get that “perfect balance” between superb usability and appearance. I must say that you’ve done a awesome job with this. Additionally, the blog loads extremely fast for me on Safari. Outstanding Blog!
